I'm starting to get a little obsessed about parkour. I'm currently learning the basics and absolute fundamentals. At first I got bored of doing the rolls and jumps over and over and over. Over time though I started to realize that although the basic moves look extremely simple. There is so much technique and practice required in order to master them. I was having trouble learning it as I kept injuring myself because I would just fully commit to the roll without a hint of an idea on how to actually do it. I found the best way to break down the move into small manageable progressions that would eventually lead the the completion of the whole move. So instead of trying to do the whole roll at once and think about which part hurt the most. I start with just learning how to roll around on my shoulder and back. I'm a very methodical learner and this is perfect for me. That's all for today
